Made course exams available online for the first time, allowing for faster turnaround grading time and accommodating a large classroom size while saving the department budget cost.
Created a resource center for students to further their studies of American Sign Language. This resulted in more students finding the initiative to be proactive and improving their receptive skills outside of class.
Supervised team of three employees, delivering mentoring, continuous training and guidance in job challenges.
